Register and get your address
Create a free account and copy your personal China warehouse address with your member code.
Ship from any Chinese shop
Order on Taobao, 1688, Weidian, Xianyu or any other shop and use our warehouse as the delivery address.
We check in and store
We match the parcel to your account, inspect it, take QC photos and store it free of charge.
Submit your parcel
Choose the items to ship, pick a line and pay the international shipping — we pack and forward it to you.
Your warehouse address
Every member gets a personal warehouse address with a member code. Register for free and copy yours from your account — then use it as the shipping address whenever you order from a Chinese shop.
- Register and open Dashboard → Warehouse Address.
- Copy the address and the member code exactly as shown, including your name and phone number.
- Add the seller tracking number to your account so we can match the parcel when it arrives.
- We check the parcel in, take QC photos and store it for you.

Fees
Customs duties and taxes charged by your country are not included and are paid by the receiver.
Storage Period
90 days of free storage
Every item is stored free of charge for 90 days from the day it is checked in, so you have time to combine several orders into one parcel.
Extended storage period
Need more time? Extend the storage of a single item from your warehouse page; the extension fee is shown before you confirm.
Overdue items
Items that stay in the warehouse far beyond the storage period may be disposed of after we notify you, so please submit your parcel in time.
Prohibited Items
These items cannot be purchased, stored or shipped through our warehouse:
